| Exhibitors Welcome! Space limited. Exhibitors are welcomed reserve space to display services and products for the information of attendees, in a sense, to educate the educators during the event. Exhibitors will enjoy maximum exposure of their academic products or services specially suited to the large group of educators who will attend the One Voice Educational Conference in San Francisco, July 5-9, 2008. Exhibits will be open July 6th, 7th, and 8th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Exhibitors may set up on July 5th from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM All exhibitors are entitled to give a 30 minute presentation on one or more of the event days. Exhibitor Fee includes: • Reserved spot on a first come-first served basis in centrally located exhibit hall • One 6’ standard table covered and skirted • Two Chairs • 2 exhibitor badges per table • 4 breakfasts per badge • Your company contact information on the CD distributed to all attendees, and in the daily conference schedule on the conference website linked to your website Additionally, all conference Registration and Customer Service staff will encourage attendees to visit Exhibitor’s displays which will be located at the heart of the conference. On the Exhibitor Reservation Request Form, Exhibitors should indicate any special promotions, giveaways, or other inducements about which conference staff can inform participants throughout the event.
