The One Voice Conferences are designed to optimize learning, bonding,
understanding, and communication, in every way, right down to the seating
arrangements in session meeting spaces.
Humans connect best through face-to-face interactions in which eye contact is made.  
That is why seating arrangements for most One Voice sessions are designed on the
basis of semi-circles or circles of seats that facilitate eye contact between speaker
and audience and audience members with one another.

                  Pre- and Post-conference Online Dialogue
Special arrangements have been made to enhance the bonds of communication,
partnership, networking and teamwork at the heart of One Voice.  For this conference,
The Institute has partnered with Colleague Connect, a great new service offering
interest matching and discussion forums for all One Voice attendees. Given the
international nature of  the event,  this service is a great supplement to the conference
platform.
With Colleague Connect, attendees can select their interests and get matched up with
other conference-goers who listed similar interests. Discussion boards provide an
outlet for communication with other attendees about the conference, topics brought up
by presenters, things to do while there, or a place to socialize with other attendees.
