FAQS about the Westin St. Francis Hotel, amenities, and more... 1) What time is check-in? Can I get an early check-in? Check-in at the Westin St. Francis Hotel is normally 3:00 PM. If your room is available and ready, the hotel staff will certainly check you in immediately. There are a limited number of rooms available to our attendees and staff for early check in, so if you know that you need one, please make a request accordingly to Elemental Ethics Customer Service asap via email (customerservice@elementalethics.com), or telephone (215-758-2663). Early check-in requests can only be honored on a limited basis, first come, first served. 2) What time is check-out? Can I get a late check-out? Check-out at the Westin St. Francis Hotel is normally Noon, and guests are expected to be ready to leave their rooms at or before that hour on the last day of the conference. The Bellman in the Lobby will be happy to store your luggage for you in rooms designated for this purpose, if you wish to remain on-site after 12:00 PM. Although the hotel staff would like to honor requests for late check-out, because of the popularity of the hotel, it is usually impossible to do so. Nonetheless, if you have an urgent requirement for late check-out, please contact Elemental Ethics Customer Service(customerservice@elementalethics.com) asap via email, or telephone (215-758-2663), so that every effort can be made to accommodate you. 3) How many people are the rooms at the Westin St. Francis Hotel meant to accommodate? Rooms at the Westin St. Francis are intended to accommodate two people, and have two basic configurations. A standard room includes either one full or one queen bed; deluxe rooms include either two double, queen or full size beds, or one queen or king size bed. The Early Bird registration conference and hotel combo package includes a standard room. If you are traveling with a companion and/or family, please let us know, so we can accommodate you properly. The hotel staff cannot guarantee the exact type of bed or beds in a room far in advance, but requests are accepted and honored as a rule whenever possible. 4) Can I request a non-smoking room? All rooms at the Westin St. Francis Hotel are non-smoking rooms. 5) What about Internet or wifi access at the Westin St. Francis hotel? Access to free wireless Internet is available to all attendees in the first floor lounge and café of the Westin St. Francis Hotel. Additionally, all guest rooms are equipped with Internet access normally chargeable at a fee of $14.99 daily. However, for attendees a special discount has been arranged such that the chargeable rate is $9.99 daily in guest rooms. There is a small hotel business center equipped with computers and printers as well. |
