| Refund/Cancellation Policy Registration fees are paid in advance of every event to the venue where the event is to be held. This greatly limits the One Voice's ability to freely approve all refund requests in full and without penalty. All refund requests must be received in writing on or before deadlines specified for each event (on the online registration site). The issuance of refunds is based solely on the decision and at the discretion of the Board of The One Voice Institute of Elemental Ethics and Education. A service charge will be applied to all refunds as specified for each event (on the online registration site) . Alternately, registered attendees who find they cannot participate on the planned dates can request that registration fees for that event be credited (100%) toward a specific upcoming event or held on account for a future, not yet scheduled event. |
